How to register a account?

To register a account you can send us your email address. We will send you an mail and you can click on it. Than you can verify your email address and set up a password. Optionaly you can register with an existing Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Yahoo mail or an Gmail account by youst one click permission and register access.

How can i change my address?

In your account, you can change it under the "My Address Book" tab. You can set up a Billing Address for Payments and a Shipping Address for destination delivery.

How can i see details about my orders?

You can see it in your account, under the tab"My Orders". Here you can see your Date you ordered, your order ID Number, payment methods, the delivery process and your addresses.

How can i change my informations, my email address and password?

In your account, under the tab "My Details", you can change your informations, email address and/or your password.

how long does it take for the delivery to arrive?

Your order will arrive at your shipping address between 5 - 7 days.

How can i refund my order?

You can refund your order, under the tab "My Orders". You can click on the ID number of your order, or on view. Scroll down to "Order details". Under your product you ordered, you can click on "Ask for refund". We will immediatelly check and work on your refund. You will receive than a message in your email about your refund confirmation details.

How long after purchase i have time for a refund?

Once you ordered and purchased a product, you can refund your order before we deliver and it is processing. Once you received your order, you have 7 days for a refund.

Customer return process

After you asked for a refund, we will immediately work on it. you will be informed about it in your account and your email.

You have 7 days's time to ask for a refund. If you don't like your products, or they are damaged, you will get a refund as soon as possible. To send the products back, we will send you a FREE UPS prepaid label to your email. You can print the label and attach it to any box or package and return it.
